Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?
📍 Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time once delivered to the military post office.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
📬 You will receive a logistics email update once your order has been successfully placed and the package is in transit.
📦 Tracking Details:
- Every order will receive one or multiple tracking numbers once the shipping label is created.
- Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours after processing. However, carrier delays may occasionally occur.
- As the recipient, you are responsible for tracking your order and providing any necessary documents to customs or couriers. Failure to comply may result in delays or package loss, for which we are not responsible.
