Where is my package?
At DesignDuds, we strive for a better and more sustainable world, which is why we ship in bulk. This means our average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days. We collect orders until we reach our shipping threshold and then send them all at once. We appreciate your understanding and support for this eco-friendly approach.
It’s been 20 business days, and I still haven’t received my package?
We sincerely apologize for the delay. Have you checked your Track & Trace? Sometimes, packages get held up at customs. Please wait 7 additional days—in 95% of cases, the package still arrives. If you haven’t received it after 14 business days + 7 extra days, contact us, and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Track & Trace code automatically. This may take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Also, check your spam folder—sometimes our emails end up there. Keep in mind that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track & Trace number you received via email to track your order. Enter the number on our Track & Trace page to check the status of your delivery.
What if I’m not satisfied with my package?
Reach out to us and explain the issue, preferably with photos or videos. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
