Return Time Frame

If you need to return an item purchased on our website, you must request the return address from our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item.

All returned items must be new and unused or lightly used with no obvious signs of wear, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Fees

  • If the return is due to our mistake (such as an incorrect product or a product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund.
  • If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g., you don’t like/want the product or ordered the wrong item/size), the round-trip shipping cost will be covered by the customer based on actual logistics fees.

Return Process

  2. After returning the product, provide our customer service with tracking information. You can also upload it to your account.
  3. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days after receiving it.
  4. Refund/Exchange:
    • If approved, you will receive either a replacement item (for an exchange) or a refund.
    • If rejected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, you must request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting info@designduds.com.
  • The exchange will be processed once we receive your returned item.
  • You may need to cover the shipping fees for both the return and reshipment.

Fair Use Policy

If we detect an unusual pattern of returns or exchanges, we may decline further requests from you. In such cases:

  • If you return items to our warehouse without approval, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
  • We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized returns.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we can fully refund your payment.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has shipped.

Important Notes

  5. Returned items must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

🚨 Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for any lost items.
